Registered Nurse - Outpatient - Riley Pediatric Kidney Disease

Overview Part and Full‑time roles are eligible for a $30,000 sign‑on bonus. We are seeking an individual with a minimum of one year of RN experience for this role. Responsibilities This is an excellent role for a nurse who likes a challenging environment responsible for telephone triage, assessing, planning, and educating our Pediatric Nephrology patients and families to ensure we deliver the best care while acting as a liaison between providers and patients. Schedule Full‑time days. Monday – Friday 8:00 – 4:30. No weekends. No holidays. No on call. Benefits Flexible scheduling and opportunities for hybrid schedule, some remote work. Qualifications Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred. Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license. Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Exceptions: Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of relevant clinical experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies. May require ability to assess patients without face‑to‑face interaction.
