Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make an impact in students’ lives as a Speech Language Pathologist supporting elementary and middle school learners for the upcoming school year near Urbana, OH. This contract assignment runs from August 19th through May 29th, 2027, offering a dynamic full-time schedule.

Utilize your expertise and SLP-CCC credentials to help students communicate with confidence and reach their learning goals. You will work in collaboration with educators, families, and other specialists as you provide services that pave the way for student success.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous school-based experience, particularly with elementary and middle school populations, is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement IEP goals
• Team-oriented, with a passion for helping young learners succeed

Your Responsibilities:

• Complete initial evaluations, re-evaluations, and progress monitoring for students in elementary and middle grades
• Develop and implement individualized therapy sessions based on student needs and IEP requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student growth and generalization of skills
• Maintain detailed documentation and comply with district and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing team planning
• Offer support and resources to staff and families regarding speech-language needs
