Job Title: Graduate Assistant for Softball (Beg Fall 2026) Location: UWG Recruiting Location Regular/Temporary: Temporary Full/Part Time: Part-Time Job ID: 300615 Job Summary Key responsibilities of this position are as follows: 50% development of student athletes in all areas of softball 25% recruiting, exposure, mentorship 15% community engagement, service, and campus outreach 10% academic support Required Qualifications Be fully admitted to a graduate degree program at UWG (provisional admission does not qualify) Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution Be enrolled full-time in a UWG graduate program during the assistantship period Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 in all graduate coursework and remain in good academic standing Meet eligibility requirements for employment in the United States Licensed driver Preferred Qualifications Undergraduate degree Coaching or playing experience Proposed Salary Monthly stipend of $1,000.00 per month Tuition waiver reducing semester rate to $25 plus mandatory fees for the duration of employment Required Documents to Attach Resume Cover Letter Official Transcript Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Standing for 4–8 hours Ability to drive Contact Information For questions or further information about this position, please contact Kristy Burton at View email address on click.appcast.io.
