Job Description

The Senior Project Manager will work closely with senior leadership to strengthen project delivery and provide additional oversight across multiple active jobs.

• Lead multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Partner with leadership to support operational strategy and decision-making
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and client relationships to ensure successful delivery
• Collaborate with estimators, superintendents, and field teams to drive execution
• Manage risk, contracts, and procurement processes
• Mentor junior project managers and support team development
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, municipalities, and project stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

• 15+ years of construction industry experience in project management roles
• Background with a reputable general contractor or construction management firm
• Experience delivering commercial, healthcare, education, or public sector projects
• Strong leadership and team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Financial acumen across budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
