Project Manager

Radius Systems is a full-service provider of Security Systems, HVAC and Lighting Control Systems, and Indoor Environmental Quality systems and services in the Mid-Atlantic region. The project manager will perform project management duties related to the construction of Building Automation Systems (BAS) for the control of HVAC, Security, and Lighting in commercial buildings. We design and build BAS for hospitals, college campuses, manufacturing plants, military sites, data centers, and more. Duties include assisting and learning from Senior Project Managers all aspects of project management – subcontractor procurement/management, resource allocation, scheduling, billing, forecasting, client interface, financial performance, and project closeout.
