Dockhand And Marine Mechanic Helper In Fort Walton Beach

We're a fast-paced watersports operation on the Fort Walton Beach waterfront and we're looking for a reliable, hardworking Dockhand and Marine Mechanic Helper to join the crew. Experience is preferred but we'll absolutely train someone who shows up, works hard, and wants to build a real future in the marine industry.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Performing routine maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs on our watercraft fleet
• Keeping equipment clean, fueled, and ready to go every single day
• Assisting with docking, launching, and general dock operations
• Flagging issues early and communicating clearly with the team before small problems become big ones
• Pitching in wherever needed long days, busy seasons, and the occasional curveball included

Who You Are:

• Dependable we need people who show up on time, every time, ready to work
• Willing to learn and take direction without an attitude about it
• Some small engine or mechanical experience marine is a bonus, but not required
• Welding experience is a plus
• Available to work weekends, holidays, and occasional late nights when the job calls for it
• A team player who takes pride in doing things right, not just doing them fast

$15$18/hour based on experience, plus tips. Hands-on training, real mentorship, and room to grow with a company that's going places.
