Now Hiring: FullTime & PartTime Registered Dietitians (RD) at Bayview Center (SNF)

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Dietitians (RD) to join our team at Bayview Center in both fulltime and parttime roles within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / longterm care setting. Responsibilities

• Conduct nutritional assessments for residents in the SNF setting
• Develop, implement, and update individualized nutrition care plans
• Provide nutrition counseling and education to residents, families, and staff
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and dietary teams to ensure coordinated care
• Document assessments, progress notes, and updates according to regulatory standards
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and SNF dietary regulations
• Support food service operations to maintain quality, safety, and resident satisfaction
• Fulltime RD: coverage includes two additional facilities as needed
• Parttime RD: provide 24 hours per week of dietetic coverage

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Dietitian (RD) in good standing
• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
• Prior SNF or longterm care experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition and therapeutic diets
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Residentcentered approach to care
