Live-In Position Details

• Pay: $325 per day

• Schedule: 4–6 consecutive days per week

• Location: Rochester, Michigan

• Private furnished bedroom provided in the client's home

• 16-hour caregiving day

• 8 hours of personal/sleep time each night

• During overnight hours, the caregiver must check on the client every two hours and provide assistance if needed.

• Meals may be available while on shift.

What You'll Do

• Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living

• Prepare meals and encourage hydration

• Perform light housekeeping and laundry

• Provide medication reminders

• Assist with mobility and transfers as needed

• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment

• Communicate professionally with family members and the SYNERGY HomeCare team

• Deliver dependable, compassionate care with dignity and respect
