Telemetry Registered Nurse

Dignity Health – St. Rose Dominican Neighborhood Hospital is seeking a Telemetry Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, compassionate care to adult patients in an acute care telemetry unit. The RN will continuously monitor cardiac rhythms, interpret telemetry data, and respond promptly to changes in patient status. Responsibilities include performing assessments, administering medications, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, educating patients and families, and documenting accurately in the EMR.
