Key Responsibilities For The Assistant Controller Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process. Oversee financial reporting, account reconciliations, and GAAP compliance. Manage accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, cash management, and general ledger activities. Support audits, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements. Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and internal control enhancements. Supervise accounting personnel and coordinate with external accounting partners. Qualifications For The Assistant Controller Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience. Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge and multi-entity accounting experience. CPA strongly preferred along with prior supervisory experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr CFS
