Job Summary:
The position is for a Pediatric Experienced Polysomnographer (POLY) at a healthcare facility located in Spokane, Washington. The role involves providing sleep studies and related diagnostics for diverse patient populations, including infants, children, and adults. Candidates are required to bring their valid Washington or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Washington or Compact RN license (required at time of submission); valid Allied license in hand (please ask the Account Manager if unsure); BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; RPSGT (Registered Polysomnographic Technologist) certification; 1 year of experience as a polysomnographer; experience with Pediatric Maintenance of Wakefulness Test (MWT) and Pediatric Multiple Sleep Latency Test (MSLT).
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with End-Tidal CO2 monitoring, Adult Maintenance of Wakefulness Test (MWT), Arousal studies, and respiratory equipment such as BiPAP and CPAP.
• Other Requirements: Must be able to float between units and sister facilities if required; references covering the last 1 year (or 6 months for CNAs) during the compliance process and prior to start.
• Additional Information: Travelers may be expected to float between nearby sister facilities. Refusal to float may result in termination of the assignment and forfeiture of guaranteed hours. Candidates should not contact the facility directly unless for an approved interview.
