Position Overview

The Digital Marketer is the firm's swiss-army-knife executor — supporting broader digital marketing work across CRM, media buying, landing pages, tracking, AI, and social wherever a client engagement needs extra hands. This role is not client-coaching by design; it is the versatile, high-output specialist who keeps delivery moving across the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Flex across CRM builds, campaign execution, ad platforms, landing page updates, basic tracking setup, and content support as client workload requires.
• Serve as a utility player who can pick up work from any Specialist/Coach and execute to their standard.
• Support onboarding of new clients with setup and execution work across disciplines.
• Identify when a task needs escalation to a discipline Specialist/Coach versus when it can be executed directly.
• Maintain working proficiency across the core tool stack: CRM, ad platforms, page builders, analytics, and at least one AI tool set.
• Contribute to internal documentation and playbooks as a generalist perspective on what's working across clients.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital marketing execution spanning at least three of: CRM, paid media, landing pages, tracking, social, or content.
• Demonstrated ability to context-switch across disciplines without a steep ramp-up each time.
• Strong self-management; comfortable with ambiguous, variable day-to-day priorities.
• Working familiarity with AI tools as part of everyday execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Agency generalist or in-house marketing team-of-one background.
• Project management or client coordination experience.
