Synergy HomeCare - Daytime and afternoon/evening shifts ( 9:00 AM–1:00 PM and/or 3:00–7:00 PM , Monday–Sunday)Caregivers Needed Job Summary: At SYNERGY HomeCare of Colorado Springs, we are seeking experienced and compassionate caregivers to provide advanced in-home care and hospice support to our clients in Colorado Springs, Colorado. As a Caregiver with our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while enjoying a flexible and rewarding part-time schedule. Responsibilities: Provide hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers, toileting, and personal care Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Assist with meals and light housekeeping Support clients receiving hospice or end-of-life care Communicate with clients, families, and the care team Provide dependable, respectful, and compassionate care Requirements: 1+ year of caregiving or related experience Experience providing hands-on personal care with ADLs Hospice experience is a plus High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working with clients who have complex or changing care needs A compassionate, respectful approach to caregiving What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate of $17-18 Flexible Scheduling Paid orientation and ongoing training Direct deposit Time-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidays Employee recognition programs A supportive team that values the important work you do Make a Difference Where It Matters Most: #J-18808-Ljbffr
