Service Representative - Eyewash/WaterBreak

Job Description Cintas is hiring a Service Representative in Training/Bench for our Eyewash/WaterBreak line of products. This role will provide customers with a thorough cleaning and sanitizing service for their eyewash stations and WaterBreak water and ice units using the tools and training provided. The representative will also sell the full Eyewash and WaterBreak line of products to Cintas First Aid and Safety (FAS) customers. All work will be performed safely in accordance with safety policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Actively participate in on-the-job training and complete the comprehensive hands-on certification. Service customers according to a well-planned calendar, ensuring they are serviced on schedule. Establish and maintain rapport with customers, resolve concerns, and communicate issues to ensure satisfaction and prevent lost business. Perform safety and sanitation checks, cleaning, and maintenance on WaterBreak units and eyewash stations, including water changes and antimicrobial additives; keep vehicle and equipment clean. Customer Retention and Growth: Price increases – sell customers on price increases as directed by the Service Manager. Selling new – sell new stations, units, and target products. Provide accurate invoicing and accounting for services, obtain customer signatures, complete required paperwork, and maintain past-due percentages toward management goals. Skills & Qualifications Required: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Valid driver's license. Ability to work independently. Previous sales and/or customer service experience.
