Director of Product Development

Leading product development initiatives, the full-time Director of Product Development will oversee the end-to-end development and optimization of consumer health products, ensuring alignment with quality systems and regulatory requirements, while collaborating cross-functionally in a hybrid or remote work environment with occasional travel to the site. Key Responsibilities Lead new product development and post-launch changes in accordance with stage gate processes and regulatory standards Direct cross-functional project teams to ensure timely project delivery within scope and budget Manage technology transfer and process optimization to guarantee manufacturing readiness and compliance Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Food Science, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred Minimum of 10 years of experience in product development, technical services, or project management in a regulated environment At least 5 years of leadership experience managing cross-functional technical teams Proven track record of successfully launching new products and managing complex programs Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
