HVAC Technician

We have a career for you! Job Summary Experienced HVAC Technicians are needed to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on cell‑tower sites. The position is regional; candidates must reside in the Freehold, New Jersey area. Core Responsibilities Maintain cooling systems – diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, install, and replace components of entire systems. Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment. Perform additional maintenance or upgrades to out‑of‑season HVAC equipment. Respond to service calls promptly, including emergency call‑out services. Complete daily work reports accurately and on time. Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per company and insurance requirements. Core Experience Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified (required). At least 3 years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred). Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems (preferred). Must communicate effectively verbally and by email. Physical/Work Environment Residence in the Freehold, New Jersey area is required. Available for after‑hours and weekend call‑outs on occasion. Extensive daily travel in an independent work structure. Occasional overnight stays; company pays all travel costs and provides per diem. Driving to remote work sites as needed. Exposure to ambient temperatures while working outdoors. Lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds. Must pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical. Compensation Base Pay Range: $27.00–$38.00 hourly (DOE). In addition to wages, employees may receive performance and referral bonuses, production incentives, tool/equipment and fuel stipends, a company vehicle, per diem, or other applicable compensation.
