Associate Attorney

Position Overview

The firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate Attorney with approximately 3–5 years of litigation experience to join its Roseland, New Jersey office.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of civil litigation from case initiation through resolution.
• Prepare and respond to pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal filings.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents and briefs.
• Manage and participate in discovery.
• Prepare for and conduct depositions.
• Handle motion practice and assist with hearings and court proceedings.
• Work closely with partners, clients, opposing counsel, and other legal professionals.
• Manage multiple matters while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality work.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar.
• 3–5 years of substantive litigation experience.
• Experience handling pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage cases and work effectively in a team environment.
• Candidates admitted to either the NJ or NY Bar are welcome to apply.
