Associate Director, Cardiovascular Accounts & Customer Engagement - Seattle, WA

Overview Associate Director, CV Accounts & Customer Engagement – field‑based role within Bristol Myers Squibb’s cardiovascular portfolio. This position reports to the Director, CV Accounts & Customer Engagement and operates cross‑functionally with marketing, medical, access, and field teams to align tactical execution with brand strategy. Key Responsibilities Deliver access, value, PHM, quality, and unbranded messages and tools to population health decision makers or C‑suite individuals. Support safe and appropriate use of BMS CV products through education on treatment protocols, order sets, and other clinical management tools with formulary committee members. Manage onboarding and ongoing support for LDN operations at service providers to support REMS and access. Educate stakeholders on EHRs via approved resources and referrals to the HIT specialist. Collaborate across Sales, Medical, Marketing, Market Access, Patient Services, BI&A, and other matrix teams to support strategic initiatives. Establish BMS as a credible partner among thought leaders in cardiology and support commercial efforts at national and regional conferences. Develop speaker programs, train speakers, and provide input on advisory board content. Gather local and national insights to inform brand strategy through KOL engagement. Ensure all activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and BMS policies while upholding high ethical standards. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, access, account management, business development, or sales leadership in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry; cardiovascular experience strongly preferred. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred. Deep knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system, including hospitals, IDNs, LDNs, and payer dynamics. Experience with hospital payment models, formulary access, reimbursement dynamics, pathway development, EMR/EHR systems, and pharmacy operations. Track record of driving revenue growth or achieving field execution targets and consistently exceeding expectations. Strong strategic thinking and ability to structure complex challenges into actionable plans. Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to interface with stakeholders internally and externally. Compensation Overview Field – United States – $166,350 – $201,571.
