Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Summary DaVita is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide care in an outpatient dialysis center. Key Responsibilities Deliver compassionate care to patients with end‑stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. Build meaningful, long‑term relationships with patients and families. Work as part of a team in a positive, fast‑paced environment. Provide care that addresses multiple co‑morbidities and leverages nursing skills. Training No dialysis experience required. Training may be conducted at a facility or clinic other than your assigned home clinic. Floating to various facilities during and after training. Flexible schedule required: mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice. Current CPR certification. IV certification required if required by state regulations. High school diploma or equivalent. Completed training program approved by the medical director and governing body prior to operating the water treatment system. Preferred or required BONENT or CHT certification. Minimum one year of experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred. Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook; functional proficiency in DaVita computer systems within 90 days of hire.
