Physical Therapist Acute Care

Nealy Pierce, LLC is partnering with a leading acute care hospital to hire a Physical Therapist in Acute Care. In this on-site role, you will evaluate and treat medically complex patients across medical-surgical, cardiopulmonary, and step-down units, using evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, safety, and functional outcomes. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and case management, participate in interdisciplinary rounds, and support safe, efficient discharge planning. Responsibilities include thorough evaluations, goal setting, individualized treatment, patient and family education, and accurate EMR documentation.
