Senior Gameplay Animator

Passionate about creating high-quality animations for AAA titles, the remote Senior Gameplay Animator (Project Hire) will design and implement detailed animations for player-driven combat actions and collaborate with various departments to enhance player experience. Key responsibilities Create and implement detailed animations for player-driven combat actions and AI using motion capture data Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, Tech Art, and Motion Capture teams Proactively troubleshoot animation workflows, rigging, and pipeline issues Required qualifications Proven experience in animation for AAA games, with a strong portfolio showcasing player-initiated combat and motion capture work Expert knowledge of Maya and experience with Motion Capture Ability to translate complex design requirements into high-quality, functional animations Experience integrating gameplay animation in engine Strong collaborative skills and experience working with cross-disciplinary teams
