Make an impact supporting K-12 students in a vibrant school community as an in-person Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time contract opportunity is based across multiple buildings in a nurturing environment, providing services to mostly elementary and high school students with a manageable caseload. The assignment is noted for lower behavioral challenges, allowing you to focus on meaningful interventions and student progress.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license and active certifications (CCC-SLP) for school-based practice
• Previous experience, ideally in K-12 settings
• Ability to work on-site (no remote or hybrid options permitted)
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Enthusiasm for fostering student growth and collaborating with staff and families
• Up-to-date reference sheet documenting professional experience and skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language pathology services to students K-12
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments, interpret results, and document progress
• Collaborate with educators, families, and allied professionals to create supportive learning environments
• Deliver therapy sessions to address a variety of speech, language, and communication needs
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to student support teams
