Description Specialization: Internal Medicine $ Salary Estimate: $250,000 - $300,000 / year Job Summary A private group in Las Vegas, Nevada is searching for a BE/BC IM or FP Hospitalist to join their thriving practice. Only work at one hospital at a time to include admissions, rounding, consults, and discharging. Procedures not required. May include supervision of Advanced Practice Providers. Qualifications BE/BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Ability to obtain a Nevada license Minimum 1 year of IM or FM hospitalist practice experience strongly preferred Must be ready to provide high quality and efficient patient care at all times Must be willing to succeed with excellent clinical skills within a metrics driven program Must meet credentialing criteria for medical staff and insurance panels Incentives 1099 independent contractor Tax advantages and strategies available 7 on/7 off 12-hour shifts (only in-house during call hours) Additional shifts available for additional earning potential; swing shifts available Closed ICU with 24-hour in-house intensivist coverage Expansive income potential with full productivity model Clinical Quality incentives available About MountainView Hospital MountainView Hospital is a state-of-the-art, full-service medical facility located in the heart of northwest Las Vegas. • Complex and minimally invasive surgical services including; neurosurgery, vascular, cardiovascular and thoracic, orthopedic, bariatrics, colorectal, gynecology
• Comprehensive cardiac services including a heart failure program
• Full service and ACR accredited, diagnostic imaging services for inpatient and outpatient use
• Extensive women’s and children’s services; including high-risk OB services and a Level-III NICU
• Rehabilitation Services including a 36-bed inpatient unit, soon to complete an expansion that will almost double its size, Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab as well as outpatient services
• Oncology services including a full service unit, Sarah Cannon Day Hospital supporting a blood and cellular therapy program with certified oncology nursing staff, surgical services, imaging and outpatient infusion services
• Full service ER Department including two separate 24/7 Free-Standing ER facility, ER at Aliante and ER at Skye Canyon
