Join us! About This Opportunity JOB TITLE : Warehouse Operator POSITION TYPE : Full time CLASSIFICATION : Non-Exempt Compensation Starting pay rate: $24.12/hour. Earn $28.38/hour after completing 60 day probation period. Earn a shift premium of $2.00/hour for any hours worked between 6:00pm - 6:00am. Earn time and one half for hours worked over 40 in a week. Earn time and a half for all work performed on a Sunday. Hours 10:00am - 6:00pm, Monday - Friday, working every 3rd Saturday. Location 1511 E 4th St, Marshfield, WI 54449 Job Responsibilities Effectively move product from the pre-cooler to the main cooler to maintain consistent cooling of products Convey materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas Maintain daily cleanliness of coolers and warehouse Assemble customer orders from stock and place in designated set up area Inspect incoming pallets for acceptance or rejection Sort and store perishable goods in refrigerated warehouse Produce a safe and quality product Troubleshoot production issues and elevate them to appropriate team members Trained on HACCP, GMP's, safety, manufacturing processes, and loss control programs, and use that knowledge to perform your work duties Participation in a team environment Perform other tasks assigned by Supervisor Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years or older Able to read and comprehend English language Ability to do basic math (addition and subtraction) Must be able to tell time on an analog or digital clock Ability to use computers and touch-screen technology Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Must be detail oriented Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment Must be able to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule Preferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing experience Benefits Foremost Farms offers comprehensive medical plan including health, vision, dental, and prescription insurance.
