Associate ProAssure Systems Specialist

Associate ProAssure Systems Specialist at Stryker will manage Vocera Smartbadge communication system implementation and administration at customer sites in Aurora, Colorado. The role involves system maintenance, user training, technical support, and collaboration with clinical teams to ensure effective deployment and ongoing operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Vocera databases, maintain data integrity, and work with clinical departments to keep records current
• Administer Vocera servers including software updates, backups, and disaster recovery practices
• Maintain device inventory, manage RMA processes, and document equipment management procedures
• Train users on Vocera system functionality and develop sustainable training processes for new and existing staff
• Provide on-site technical support for end-user issues and collaborate with support teams to resolve problems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years relevant work experience
• Minimum 2 years clinical or healthcare IT experience
• US Citizen
• Demonstrated customer support delivery excellence
• Experience training clinical end users
• Familiarity with physician and nursing workflows
• Knowledge of Cisco wireless networks and equipment preferred

Compensation: $77,700 - $168,400 USD Annual (based on pay band)
