Medical Surgical RN - Swing Bed

This is a 13-week contract position.

Day shift from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

We are seeking a Medical Surgical RN for our Swing Bed unit focusing on rehabilitation, wound care, physical therapy, and IV therapy. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Conduct assessments of patient health status and coordinate care.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 1 year of hospital nursing experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Long-term care experience is preferred.
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.
