Learn more about the team and the work you could do at: Who You Are You are a high performer with 3-5 years of experience with the following: Products Liability Litigation (required) Drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery Conducting depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews Managing document collection, review, and production Causation and/or failure analysis Multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings You have excellent written and oral communication skills. You have strong case management skills, work ethic, and team-oriented attitude. You are an active member of the California, Colorado, Washington or New York Bar.
