All of our clients are located within our community, so no travel is involved!Compensation: Commensurate with experience up to $16.50 hourly.We offer:A culture of diversity, inclusion, equity, and belongingMedical, dental, and vision packages, including an annual reimbursement for qualified wellness expenses, personal health coaching, and telemedicine optionsPTO plans, plus company paid volunteer hours for eligible team members, in accordance with applicable state law401k for all team members 18 and over with a company 3% matchOnsite medical centers, providing wellness visits and sick care for all team members over 18 years of age30% discount on food and drinks at on-site dining venues, plus additional healthy choice meal options at discounted pricesEducation assistance, certification reimbursement, and access to over 6,000 courses through our online learning library, designed to enhance your current skills and build new onesGrowth opportunities – grow with the company as we open new communities and expand on our existing ones!How you will make an impact:Cleaning resident's homes in Independent Living or Resident Rooms in Nursing HomeMaintaining cleanliness of the community through the use of specialized equipmentCleaning public bathrooms, including counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories, fixturesCleaning lobbies/living rooms including vacuuming, high and low dusting, de-cluttering, and removing trash, spot clean walls/windows/switches, baseboards, pictures, lights, HVAC ventsCleaning classrooms, including dusting, vacuuming, white/chalkboards, tables/chairsAssisting with the collection, bagging, and disposal of trash, as well as replacing trashcan linersMaintaining carpeted surfaces, including extracting, interim cleaning, spotting, drying, and vacuumingWhat you will need:Previous experience cleaning in a residential or commercial setting is idealAbility to safely operate carpet care equipment, hard floor care equipment, trash removal equipmentAbility to work independently and as a contributing team memberAbility to safely operate Housekeeping vehiclesAbility to demonstrate professional and responsive interactions with residents and their family members, staff, vendors, and each otherPlease note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
