Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 19:00–07:30 | Every Other Weekend and Some Holidays Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting, including experience across multiple ICU populations
• Monitor and assess patients in Neuro ICU, Cardiothoracic, Burn ICU, Trauma Surgery, and similar critical care environments
• Care for IMC, Progressive, and General care populations as needed
• Float to other units as required based on staffing and patient census needs
• Interpret telemetry rhythms and respond appropriately to critical cardiac events

Required Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN license or valid Compact RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications required – American Heart Association (AHA) only
• Minimum of two years of inpatient acute care experience in the ICU specialty within the last three years
• Must pass a Telemetry exam prior to start (adult and pediatric components; passing score of 80% or higher with 100% identification of lethal rhythms required)
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience across multiple ICU subspecialties such as Neuro, Cardiothoracic, Burn, or Trauma Surgery
• Familiarity with progressive and intermediate care patient populations
