Job Description As a Greeter at Es Vedra Cinemas, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming and positive impression. Your role will involve greeting guests, providing information about our attractions and services, and assisting with any inquiries to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. Job Responsibilities Greet all guests warmly upon arrival, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Provide guests with information about the venue’s attractions, events, and services. Guide guests to various areas of the venue, including attractions, dining areas, restrooms, and event spaces. Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Monitor and manage guest lines, ensuring an orderly and efficient flow. Ensure that guests adhere to safety protocols and guidelines. Assist with the setup and management of special events and promotions. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the entrance area and surrounding spaces. Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned. Required Skills Hospitality‑minded attitude; friendly, outgoing, guest focused Able to take direction and work together as a team Work calmly and execute job duties effectively under pressure Education & Experience HS Diploma or GED certificate preferred Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times Must be at least 16 years of age Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times Must be able to work in an environment with flashing lights, loud noise and repetitive motion Team Member Benefits Competitive Pay and Growth Team Member Perks - discounts on Movies, Attractions, and F&B!
