Commercial Painting Foreman$30–$45/hour, based on experience & $5000 Sign-on bonus Lead. Build. You'll drive productivity, hold the line on quality and safety, and make sure every job reflects the standard we're known for. Pay & Benefits • $30–$45/hour based on experience• Performance-based bonus opportunities• Company gas card• Year-round, steady work with established clients• Health, dental, and vision insurance• Paid time off• 401(k) with company match• Career advancement and growth opportunities• Backed by an experienced leadership team What You'll Do • Lead on-site crews, keeping productivity, quality, and safety on track• Plan daily field activities and prep crews using project plans, schedules, and specs• Coordinate with Project Managers on manpower, materials, schedule, and site conditions• Train and mentor painters and junior crew members• Flag challenges, delays, or resource needs before they become problems• Represent the company professionally with clients, GCs, and project partners What You Bring • 3+ years of commercial painting experience, including 1–2 years as a Foreman or lead• Track record leading crews and running day-to-day jobsite operations• Strong knowledge of commercial painting methods, materials, and coatings• Ability to read plans, specs, and scopes of work• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills• English fluency required; Spanish fluency a plus• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Details • Jobsites throughout MA, RI, NH, & CT• Typical crew size: 5-15• Schedule: [M–F, 8 hours daily, OT availability]• Start: Immediate hire Apply TodayIf you're a hands-on leader who takes pride in quality work and strong teams, we want to hear from you. At Aieres Group, you'll lead with purpose, grow with confidence, and build a career that lasts.Apply today - your next opportunity to lead starts here.
