Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable, recievable and collections

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of patient accounts, claims, and payments

• Supervise and train administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed

• Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care

• Maintain resident funds

• HR and payroll duties as assigned

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in the Business office at a skilled nursing facilty

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and staff

• Proficiency in medical billing software and Microsoft Office

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
