Are you a driven leader with a passion for precision, strategy, and life safety systems? Step into a high-impact role where you’ll own the preconstruction process, lead a talented team, and drive business growth from concept to contract.
As the Preconstruction Design & Estimating Team Leader, you’ll combine advanced technical expertise in commercial fire alarm systems with strong leadership and business development skills to guide system design, develop detailed scopes of work, manage risk, and deliver accurate, competitive estimates that position projects for profitability and success. You’ll play a critical role in mentoring your team, influencing key decisions, and building strong relationships with contractors while shaping a robust pipeline focused on high-value opportunities.
Success in this role requires proven experience in commercial fire alarm systems, a deep understanding of applicable codes and standards, and an active Commercial Fire Alarm License, ensuring the highest level of quality and compliance in all life safety system designs and services.
Requirements :
- Strong foundation in Fire Alarm System installation (required)
- Experience working with General Contractors
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- High attention to detail and excellent written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and pipeline management
- Ability to manage contracts, cost estimates, and project risks
Hours : Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
