Landscaping Maintenance Technician
Location: Various sites throughout Central Ohio
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time | Temporary (Potential for Permanent Hire)
Compensation: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Summary:

• Perform landscaping maintenance across multiple properties
• Work independently while maintaining communication with a supervisor
• Travel between job sites using company-provided vehicle
• Focus on mowing and general property upkeep

Responsibilities:

• Perform lawn mowing using zero-turn and push mowers
• Trim, edge, and clean up properties using standard equipment
• Complete mulching, weeding, and light maintenance tasks
• Operate company vehicles, trailers, and landscaping tools safely
• Travel between job sites and complete work efficiently
• Maintain communication with supervisor and follow safety guidelines

Requirements:Desired Work Experience:

• Several years of landscaping experience (strong mowing experience required)
• Experience operating zero-turn mowers and landscaping equipment

Special Certifications Needed:

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record (must be insurable)

Additional Qualifications:

• Ability to pass background check and 10-panel drug screening
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
• Strong reliability, time management, and independence
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Working Conditions:

• Outdoor work across multiple locations
• Physically active role with standing, walking, bending, and lifting

Additional Information:

• Position expected to last at least 6 months
