About the Role:
Compassionate Home Care by Jen LLC is looking for a dedicated CNA or PSS to join our caring team in Biddeford, ME! This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients by providing compassionate, personalized care right in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
• Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
• Support clients with meal preparation and feeding assistance
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks to maintain a safe, clean environment
• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being
• Document care activities and maintain accurate client records

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification or PSS (Personal Support Specialist) training in the state of Maine
• Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or a similar healthcare setting preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to client care
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Biddeford, ME area
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Must pass a background check

Specific schedule currently :
Mondays from 11a-3p (Saco)
Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 9:30am to 2:30pm (Scarborough)
Wens evening from 4-8p (Biddeford pool)
This can lead to more hours as needs arise.
We do off weekend differentials depending on experience level and years
