Together, we create inspired solutions that improve lives. We are searching for an Electrical Engineer to join our Raleigh Studio. What You'll Do:Work with Senior Engineer to deliver projects.Assist with client engagement and management efforts; attend client, consultant, and design committee meetings.Communicates and improves design processes with other team members.Manage project specific scope, budget and schedule. Participates in all design and construction phases of projects.Participates in project debriefs and lesson's learned sessions.Leads in planning, design and documentation of projects. Prepares working drawings.Recommend and implement alterations to design to improve quality.Provide training and leadership through project work to empower, train and develop designers.Education and Experience:Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or Professional degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering.Experience: 5+ years of applicable experience. Experience within the healthcare sector required.Licenses/Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure preferred.Computer Skills: Microsoft Teams environment, including Co-Pilot, Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel; Large Language Models (LLM's), familiarity with Deltek VantagePoint preferred; Architecture CAD, Revit, Sketchup, Bluebeam; Graphic Software: InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and other transformative design tools.Why BSA?At BSA, we empower our team members to make a meaningful impact.
