Providing excellent customer service and professionally resolving customer concerns. Monitoring inventory, ordering, merchandising, and maintaining stock levels. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role: At least 1 year of experience in retail or convenience store management (preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
