About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.

Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production challenges.

Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of engineering changes and processes.

Support the design and development of new products through manufacturing feasibility studies.

Train and mentor junior engineers and manufacturing staff on best practices.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations in all manufacturing activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.

5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related role.

Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools.

Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Professional certifications (e.g., PE, Six Sigma Black Belt) are a plus.
