Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trauma and flexibility for shift and call requirements. This role involves working in a high-acuity operating room setting with a focus on patient-centered care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-operative assessments and prepare patients for surgery.
• Assist surgical teams during procedures by coordinating patient care and maintaining a sterile environment.
• Monitor patient conditions and vital signs during and after surgery.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in call rotation and weekend coverage as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have a valid ID RN license at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 3 years of operating room experience required.
• Trauma experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• CNOR certification, burn experience, robotic experience, and neuro experience are a plus.
