Overview
We’re looking for a driven, results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to help accelerate our revenue growth. This role is responsible for engaging prospective customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process to close new business

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social channels
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify sales opportunities
  • Conduct discovery conversations to uncover client needs, challenges, and goals
  • Deliver compelling product/service presentations and demos
  • Manage and nurture a pipeline of opportunities through the sales cycle
  • Collaborate with marketing and account executives to optimize conversion
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of inside sales, SDR, or business development experience (SaaS or B2B preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Ability to handle objections and adapt messaging in real time
  • Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
