Nuclear Pharmacy TechnicianPay rate: $18.50 per hourBonus eligible: NoBenefits: Cardinal Health offers a wide variety of benefits and programs to support health and well-being.Medical, dental and vision coveragePaid time off planHealth savings account (HSA)401k savings planAccess to wages before pay day with myFlexPayFlexible spending accounts (FSAs)Short- and long-term disability coverageWork-Life resourcesPaid parental leaveHealthy lifestyle programsApplication window anticipated to close: 09/05/2026 *if interested in opportunity, please submit application as soon as possible.Shift: Monday-Friday 12:00am - 8:00am (Required to work Holiday rotation twice per year) $1500 New Hire Sign on Bonus!Nuclear Pharmacy contributes to Cardinal Health Nuclear Pharmacy is responsible for providing radiopharmaceuticals and other drugs to medical care providers under highly regulated State and Federal guidelines; may also consult with or advise physicians and nuclear medicine technologists on the safe and efficacious use of radioactive drugs for diagnosis and therapy.ResponsibilitiesPrepare prescriptions by typing labels and obtain Staff Pharmacist approvalDraw doses into either a syringe or vialPerform quality assurance tests on instruments and radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with Federal, State, Company and manufacturer's guidelinesReceive, document, and store incoming and outgoing pharmaceuticals according to the Department of Transportation and Company guidelinesMaintain computer inventory and records to ensure proper utilization of materials and accounting for Rx drugsAssist and/or perform in the labeling of blood cell productsPerform general laboratory and facility clean upMay perform clerical and administrative services including maintenance of daily records, preparation of receipts, report preparation, and maintenance of billing recordsMake deliveries to accounts with company vehicles as neededQualifications0-1 years of experience, preferredWA State Pharmacy Technician License requiredHigh School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferredWA Technician license strongly preferredExperience with sterile compounding preferredCustomer/vendor credentialing (this may include vaccinations).
