Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) looking for an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art hospital? Cornerstone Medical is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for a13‑week travel assignment in Waco, TX. The OT will provide evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation services to inpatient patients while collaborating with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Assignment: 13 weeks, Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM, Setting: Inpatient Rehab, Interview: Virtual/Phone, Travel: Yes, Scrubs: Black

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and charge entry.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Provide patient, family, and staff education.
• Supervise support staff, students, and volunteers.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
• Maintain compliance with organizational, state, and national regulations.

Qualifications

• TX Occupational Therapist License
• BLS – AHA
• Minimum 1 year of inpatient OT experience
• Strong clinical, communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
• Ability to develop and modify individualized treatment plans
