BondST, one of New York City’s most established and acclaimed Japanese restaurants, is seeking an experienced Manager / Maître D’ for our busy Hudson Yards location.
We are looking for a confident, polished professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is a hands-on management position requiring strong leadership skills, manage a busy front door, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Qualifications:
● Minimum 2–3 years of maître d’ or management experience in a high-end New York City restaurant.
● Proven ability to manage high-volume seating, reservations, and guest flow.
● Strong leadership skills and the ability to supervise and motivate staff.
● Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to remain calm, professional, and in control under pressure.
● A genuine passion for hospitality and a desire to continually improve and excel.
