Hawai?i Island Community Health Center is looking for a Technology Support Technician to join our dedicated team and support our mission of providing quality care to our island community.What You'll DoAs a Technology Support Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our network and systems running smoothly. You'll support staff across multiple clinic sites, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and work with vendors to ensure seamless operations. Your work will directly support our ability to deliver compassionate care to patients across Hawai?i Island.Key Responsibilities:Manage Active Directory and user accountsMonitor antivirus and data backupsTroubleshoot network issues and ISP performanceProvide helpdesk support for staff and clinic departmentsSet up and maintain workstations, printers, and mobile devicesAssist with technical onboarding and trainingMaintain inventory of hardware, software, and licensesSupport medical and dental software systemsParticipate in projects for new and existing clinic sitesWhat We're Looking For-Minimum Requirements:High School diploma or GEDAt least 2 years of technical support experienceStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and adapt quicklyKnowledge of network systems, application support, and data securityWillingness to learn and grow through continuing educationPreferred:College degree or technical certificationsWhy HICHC?At HICHC, you're not just joining a team, you're joining a mission.
