Description:
Start date within the next 3-4 weeks.
Reporting required for the first day of assignment.
COVID-19 vaccination is required with medical/religious exemptions only.
Flu vaccination is required with medical/religious exemptions only.
Clinicians must be available to complete needed lab items within 72 hours of accepting the offer or have a plan in place for completion in that timeframe.
Local radius for candidates is 110 miles.
Local candidates are not accepted.
Hard document due date is noon CST, Wednesday prior to the start.
