Role Overview This role is responsible for structural and non-structural body repairs , following OEM procedures and shop standards in a production-focused environment with strong repair planning and support. What You’ll Do Perform structural and non-structural body repairs Disassemble and reassemble vehicles properly and safely Perform panel replacement, straightening, and metal repair Follow OEM repair procedures and documentation requirements Use proper repair methods, measuring systems, and equipment Communicate with production and estimators on repair needs Maintain clean, organized work areas Take pride in repair quality and final fit & finish What We’re Looking For Prior experience as an auto body / collision repair technician Strong understanding of OEM repair procedures Ability to maintain quality under production volume Attention to detail and pride in workmanship Team-oriented mindset and professionalism I-CAR training and OEM certifications valued Structural repair experience a plus What Success Looks Like Here Repairs completed correctly the first time Minimal rework or comebacks Clean handoffs to paint and detail Consistent production without sacrificing quality Strong collaboration across departments Compensation - Performance Based Hourly Guarantee: Competitive base hourly rate Flat-Rate Pay: Earn flat-rate flag hours above 40 hours/week Skill tiering applies based on experience and capability Quality and chargeback standards are clearly defined This structure provides stability with real upside for productive, quality-focused technicians.
