Assistant Foreman

Overview Assistant Foreman at DBS. We are a regional leader in waterproofing, basement, foundation & crawl space repair, concrete lifting & leveling, basement finishing, and insulation. The role supports project execution and team leadership on construction projects. What You’ll Do Co-lead a construction team of 1-2 other members Load and transport materials, tools, and equipment for each project Follow all safety guidelines to ensure a secure work environment Install each job using company-approved methods Provide customers with an exceptional “WOW!” experience What We’re Looking For Construction experience preferred, but not required – we will train the right candidate Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record Ability to travel as needed Physical capability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, kneel, and crawl Willingness to work overtime when necessary Qualifications & Requirements All offers are contingent on submitting to and passing a thorough background check prior to starting.
