Mechanical Fleet Tech Lead - Wind Turbine Reliability

GE Vernova

GE Vernova seeks a Technical Leader for Mechanical Sub-systems to act as the primary engineering authority for turbine fleet integrity and performance. You will guide cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical failures and mentor engineers to improve fleet reliability. You will partner with design, field ops, and data analytics to extend asset life, drive proactive reliability programs, and oversee fleet retrofits with safe, measurable results.
