GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a brand-new position and a hybrid role.  You will be responsible for the intake of customers at our new location (Howell Mill Village) as well as marketing and calling for new customers. 

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

·      Primary responsibilities are to provide outstanding customer service to our Drop Off Laundry & Dry-Cleaning customers, the general public and to a less degree our Pickup & Delivery Customers.

·      Must be able to follow instructions and use our POS/computer system. This is a laundry computer system and can be taught.  Computer skills are needed.

·      A computer will be provided and you will research local businesses and email/call to sell our service.

·      You will drive the growth of our client base through innovative sales strategies and proactive outreach. In this role, you will be at the forefront of expanding our market presence by engaging potential customers, nurturing relationships, and converting leads into loyal customers.

·      Conduct outbound calling campaigns to identify and engage prospective customers using calling techniques.

·      You will be sourcing and identifying new business, responsible for generating leads, targeting those leads, and reaching out to them to secure new business.

·      Must be able to be flexible and accommodating.

·      Must be customer service orientated with a proactive attitude.

·      Make sure store is clean at all times.

·      Punctual attendance is required in this position, must have your own transportation.
