Project Manager II

We are seeking a Project Manager II to lead complex, multi-phase enterprise technology initiatives in a fast-paced VAR/IT services environment. This role is responsible for project delivery, financial performance, risk management, customer satisfaction, and cross-functional leadership, with a focus on infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise technology deployments. This is a full-time, onsite position in Richardson, TX.

COMP: $110K-$120K depending on the candidate's experience, etc.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Lead complex, multi-phase IT infrastructure and networking projects
• Maintain full P&L accountability and ensure profitability targets are met
• Oversee scope, scheduling, resource planning, risk management, and change control
• Conduct executive-level status meetings with customers and partners
• Serve as escalation point for internal and external stakeholders
• Drive accountability and performance across cross-functional teams

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 8+ years of project management experience and PMP certification required
• 5+ years managing enterprise IT/infrastructure projects
• Experience in VAR, MSP, or technology professional services strongly preferred
• Strong financial management and margin awareness
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
